A delicious blend of Carlos and Noble Muscadine grapes with a subtle Raspberry finish. This sweet wine is quickly becoming one of our best sellers.
Muscadines wines produce a sweeter style wine. Muscadine wine is defiantly an acquired taste and according to winefolly.com "sensitive wine tasters may be overwhelmed by the aromatics."
We are a manufacture of Florida regional wines and most of our inventory is Muscadine based wines. Muscadines are a varietal of grape that flourishes in the southeast quarter of the United States. They thrive in hot and humid cultures which makes them perfect for Central Florida. Since opening the winery we have done our fair share of research about Muscadines and their health properties:
They are a super fruit! Muscadine have very high levels of antioxidants and are the only grape that produces ellagic acid which targets fatty liver and obesity. They also produce resveratrol antioxidants which is responsible for the wine's heart healthy reputation. According to Ashley Cobb, a clinical dietitian, in an article on Muscadines for wakemed. org "the mighty muscadine has nine times more antioxidant power than the red grapes used to make California’s red wines. Cobb continued on to comment on the power of antioxidant Resveratol “Resveratrol helps to decrease cholesterol, fight cancer, and some newer studies show that it may reduce the risk of age-related diseases such as Alzheimer’s, cardiovascular disease, high-blood pressure, Crohn’s, Parkinson’s, and more, and ultimately may lengthen one’s lifespan."
There is much more research to be done and as studies keep coming up, we will keep you updated.
Disclaimer: We are not doctors or medical professionals, but from what we have gathered a glass of muscadine day might be beneficial to your health (...like a vitamin).

We planted over 6 acres worth of 2 year old muscadine grape vines in March 2019. Once in the ground they take about 3-5 years to root and trellis them properly for an "estate" production. We hope for our first full harvest by Summer 2022.
