FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AND NEED TO KNOW :

Guest Capacity & Event Size

• Maximum guest limit: 120 people
• Pricing tiers may vary depending on the number of guests (e.g., 50 guests, 80 guests, or full capacity).

Alcohol Policy

• No outside alcohol permitted at the venue.
• Beer, wine, and wine-based cocktails must be purchased through the venue’s bar.
• Custom beverage packages can be provided (tiered pricing based on selections).

Insurance Requirements

• Event renters must secure an insurance policy for their event.
• The venue must be named as additionally insured on the policy.
• Proof of insurance is required two months prior to the event.

Vendors

• Vendors (e.g., catering, entertainment) must comply with the venue’s guidelines and provide proof of insurance if necessary and provide necessary documents prior to contracting the venue. They must additionally sign a contract with the venue holding them harmless. 
• Preferred vendor list available for seamless coordination (optional).
• Catering is available through the winery as our onsite  kitchen is leased to Heritage Kitchen so if you contract your own catering they are responsible for bringing their own equipment (self contained).

• Additional fees may apply for extended hours, special equipment, or staff requests.
• Customizable packages for weddings, corporate events, and private parties are available.
• Pricing may be adjustable if your event is less than 90 days out. Call or Email to check your date's availability.

Weddings

We are starting to book Fall 2025 Weddings -Spring 2026. 

We have limited availability for Weddings each month so availability depends on your date. 

All weddings for the Fall -Spring Season will be starting at the $5,000 rate. Discounted Rates may be considered if we have availability for a micro wedding less than 90 days out from event date. 

Weddings

We are starting to book Fall 2025 Weddings -Spring 2026. 

We have limited availability for Weddings each month so availability depends on your date. 

We are family friendly but we don't book birthdays or celebrations  anyone under the age of 21 at this time.
