PRIVATE EVENTS

We welcome a variety of private events, including weddings, birthday parties for adults only (18 & over), bridal and baby showers, corporate gatherings, anniversary celebrations, rehearsal dinners, and more.

Pricing depends on the day of the week, time of year, and the size/type of event. While there are some introductory packages for weddings below, please contact Lexi for our current rental rates and customizable packages.

To book your date, please contact us directly through our inquiry form or by calling us. A signed contract and a security deposit are required to secure your reservation.

We highly recommend making an appointment to ensure a team member is available to give you a proper tour and answer any questions.

While you're welcome to walk the grounds during regular winery event days, please note that these are self-guided only— no staff will be available to provide quotes or detailed information during events.

The Save the Date deposit will be anywhere from $200-$500 dollars depending on the event and event space reserved. 

Is this deposit refundable?

YES! IF...

The event is held and no damage or contract violations have occurred. If the event is cancelled before the intial contract is signed then we will keep $50 for administrative fees & return the rest of the deposit. 

However IF...

If the contract has been signed and completed and the event is cancelled by the renter without reasonable cause as listed in the contract then we will absorb the full save the date deposit. 

We strongly encourage purchasing event insurance to protect your investment prior to signing the contract. 

Yes, all private rentals in the big blue barn or events quoted over a certain cost amount must provide proof of liability insurance and/or event cancellation insurance. We can provide recommendations for affordable one-day policies if needed.

Our Private Dinning can comfortably accommodate up to 30 guests and our Big Blue Barn up to 150 indoors.  Please contact us for recommendations on best guest counts depending on your setup needs.

Food: YES, Alcohol: NO. Outside catering may be permitted with prior approval from venue. Please ask about our current wine/beer/bar service options.
